Magnifique, je recommande vraiment vivement.

I visited this restaurant almost every day during my vacation and genuinely liked their group of businesses. I ordered lunch, tea, and drinks. After I paid the bill, it started raining heavily, so I decided to remain seated at my table. Shortly after, the managers rudely asked me to leave because I had already paid and they wanted to seat new guests. I explained that I could have just as easily not paid yet and continued sitting, but that didn’t change their attitude. They didn’t even offer for me to order anything else. Instead, the manager suggested that I sit on an uncomfortable chair near the cashier, in the middle of the passageway, until the rain stopped. She even said: “What do you think, that you’ll pay 400 dirhams and sit here for two hours?” Last time I checked, 400 dirhams is not a small amount. If there is a time limit for how long a customer is allowed to sit after paying, this should be clearly communicated — not enforced by chasing someone out twice during a heavy rainstorm. I have no problem ordering more from the menu. What I do have a problem with is greedy and disrespectful behavior. This was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience. I will edit my comment because I cannot respond to your comment. I choosed to change my table from the outside roof to the inside in the restaurant because it was cold. It was my choice to pay before I switched the table. When I asked the manager where I can sit he showed me this table and invited me to sit there. Of course I will drink and order more if I sit there. Nobody told me this table is reserved, and nobody told me I’m sitting 2 hours in the restaurant and this is the maximum I can sit. I’m very sorry for you as a human that you don’t know to apologize for this uncomfortable situation you gave for your guest, and instead you insist to say this is the right things to do. Poor and gridi way of thinking

C'est bien plus cher que les restaurants habituels de Marrakech, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous et la nourriture valait bien le supplément.
